What is the recommended group size for a tasting?
Our bespoke tastings are designed for intimate groups. We recommend a minimum of 6 guests to ensure a lively and engaging atmosphere, though we can accommodate larger private gatherings upon request.
Do you accommodate dietary requirements for pairings?
Absolutely. If you choose to add charcuterie or dessert pairings, Allison will work with you to curate a selection that respects all allergies and dietary preferences, including gluten-free and vegan options.
How much notice is required for booking?
To ensure we can source the perfect flight of fine wines for your theme, we generally require at least 14 days' notice. For holiday seasons or larger corporate events, earlier booking is highly recommended.
What is included in the per-person pricing?
Pricing includes the curated selection of 6–8 wines, professional glassware rental, and Allison’s guided tasting service. We provide educational materials and tasting notes for every guest to keep.
